Your order might have been canceled for a number of reasons. These are as follows:
- There was an unexpected shortage in merchandise inventory.
- Our shopping cart’s risk management system will cancel and flag and suspicious orders.
- Pricing, typographical or other errors may present themselves to which we are not responsible for and your order may be canceled due to such errors. In such a case you would be notified by email.
Canceled orders will not incur any additional charges. If you would like to continue with your order please contact support before placing another order.

You will be able to do this only if your order has not been shipped out yet. In order to edit your order please reach out to support and you will be accompanied with your request.

If you have entered a shipping address that you need changed, please reach out to support as soon as possible with a request to change the shipping address. Refunds can only be initiated if the balance of the gift card has not be used. Otherwise, refunds for gift cards will not be granted.
You will need to go to the “Returns / Exchanges” page accessible through the bottom of the website in the footer and have the email address and order number handy to request a return merchandise authorization.
From the date your order was delivered, you have 7 days to either contact us about your return or to submit for a Return Authorization in the section above. Once you receive your Return Authorization the merchandise must be delivered to us unused and unworn, in its original condition and with all its contents in the same packaging within 14 days.
Returns can be initiated by requesting a return merchandise authorization through the “Returns / Exchanges” page accessible through the footer of the website.
Refunds are only processed once the merchandise has been received in its original condition and packaging. Refunds are expected to take a couple of days.
Gift cards can only be returned if they have not already been used. Returns will be made only to the original purchaser of the gift card. If any amount from the gift card was used, you will not be able to make a return.
